Return Policy

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item/s must not be used, washed or altered and must be in the original packaging.

We cannot accept any returns if it does not meet the above requirements. 

* due to hygienic purposes, we are unable to accept returns for the following items: swimwear, headwear *

 

Refunds

Once we receive your item/s, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status on your refund after inspection.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card.

Depending on your card issuer's policy, the length of time it can take for the refund to show up on your statement may vary. Please contact your credit card company.

 

Shipping

Customer will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs and are non­refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

GraceBound cannot be held liable for the loss of garments being returned. We recommend using a registered post service to return goods and keeping a record of the tracking details.

 

Damaged Goods

Here at GraceBound, we aim to sell high-quality products. If for some reason you feel that you have a faulty or defective item, please let us know. Shoot us an email: shop@gracebound.com. We will request proof of the damaged good/s before we determine to issue a refund.
